At Papi Team (we’ll call ourselves “we” or “our” here), your trust is what makes our work with you possible. When you use the Papi app (the “App”), you choose to share some information with us—and we promise to be clear about how we handle, protect, and respect that information, just like this Policy says.
This Privacy Policy breaks down what we do with your data in simple terms, so you always know how your info is used when you’re on Papi.
You’re in charge of your personal info when you use Papi. Here’s what you can do:
1.1 Get a Copy of Your Info
If you want to see what personal data we have stored about you, send a request to our service email (find it in Section 8). We’ll get back to you within 15 business days.
1.2 Fix Wrong or Incomplete Info
If something we have about you is incorrect or missing, let us know. We’ll check your request and update the info within 10 business days once we confirm it’s wrong.
1.3 Ask to Delete Your Info
You can request we delete your info if:
· We don’t need it anymore for the reasons in this Policy;
· You take back the permission you gave us to use it;
· We collected or used it against laws or this Policy.
We’ll delete it within 20 business days after checking your request—unless we have to keep it by law.
1.4 Stop Marketing Messages
If you don’t want to get promo emails or updates from us anymore, you can:
· Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email;
· Send an opt-out request to our service email.
We’ll stop sending these messages within 5 business days.
To make Papi work well for you, we collect a few types of info when you use the App. We only gather what we need, and we do it the right way:
2.1 Account Setup Info
· The basics to make your account: your name, email address, and (if you want to share it) your birthday. This helps us make sure your account is yours and set up your profile.
· Extra stuff you add (like a profile picture or nickname) to make your account feel more like you.
2.2 Device & Tech Details
We automatically collect info about the device you use for Papi, such as:
· Your device model, operating system (like iOS or Android), unique device ID (e.g., IMEI), IP address, and how you’re connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or data).
· Logs about how the App works on your device: when you open it, if it crashes, and what language you use. This helps us fix bugs and make Papi run smoother.
2.3 How You Use Papi
We track small details about your time on the App, like:
· How long you use it, how often you open it, which pages you visit, and what you do (like clicking a button or saving a feature).
· The settings you pick (like turning notifications on/off or choosing a dark theme). We remember these to make Papi easier for you to use.
2.4 Info You Send to AI Features
If you use Papi’s AI tools (like AI editing or AI suggestions) and type in text or upload images, we process that content for a short time. This helps us make the AI’s answers better—but we don’t keep this info forever unless you say it’s okay.
2.5 Cookies & Tracking Tools
We use cookies (small files on your device) and similar tools to:
· Remember your device so you don’t have to log in every time;
· See how you move through the App (like which features you use first).
You can turn off cookies in your device or browser settings—but this might break some parts of Papi, like personalized suggestions.
3.1 No Biometric Data Collection
Papi does not collect biometric identifiers of any kind. The app does not perform facial recognition, extract facial geometry, or create identity-related records from user photos.
3.2 Purpose of Processing
All uploaded photos are processed strictly for AI-based image clarity enhancement. The technology focuses on improving sharpness, reducing noise, and restoring details in photos. At no point does Papi use photos for identification, facial feature analysis, or personal profiling.
3.3 Storage and Deletion
Photos, whether original or enhanced, remain on the user’s own device and under their control. Users may delete them whenever they choose. Temporary files produced during enhancement are automatically cleared once processing is finished.
We only use your info to make your Papi experience better. Here’s exactly what we do with it:
4.1 Keep Papi Working
We use your info to make sure the App’s main features work—like letting you log in, use tools, and access all parts of the App.
4.2 Make Papi Feel Like Yours
We customize the App for you: adjusting the layout, showing suggestions you might like, and pushing content that fits how you use Papi.
4.3 Help You When You Need It
If you have a problem (like a tech issue), a question, or feedback, we use your info to respond quickly and fix things.
4.4 Keep Papi Safe
We use your info to spot and stop bad stuff—like fake accounts, hacks, or people breaking our rules. This keeps the App safe for everyone.
4.5 Send You Promos (If You Want)
We only send marketing messages (like updates about new features or deals) if you said it’s okay. You can opt out anytime (see Section 1.4).
We never sell your personal info—period. We only share it in a few specific cases, and we always keep it safe:
5.1 Trusted Partners Who Help Us Run Papi
We work with some third-party companies that help the App work (like people who host our data, analyze how Papi is used, or handle customer service). These partners have to keep your info secret, and they can only use it to help us—nothing else.
5.2 When the Law Says We Have To
If a court, police, or government agency asks for your info (and they have the right to), we’ll share it. But we’ll check first to make sure the request is legal—we won’t just hand over info for no reason.
5.3 If Our Business Changes
If Papi Team merges with another company, sells parts of its business, or closes down, your info might be part of that change. We’ll tell you about this at least 30 days in advance (through the App or email) if the law requires it—and we’ll make sure the new owner follows this Policy.
We take protecting your info seriously. Here’s what we do to keep it secure:
6.1 Tech to Stop Leaks
· We encrypt your data when it moves between your device and our servers (using TLS/SSL—this means no one can read it while it’s being sent).
· We hide sensitive info (like part of your email address) so even if someone sees it, they can’t use it.
· We use firewalls and anti-virus tools to stop hacks on our servers.
6.2 Rules for Our Team
· Only people at Papi Team who need your info to do their jobs can access it—no one else.
· We train our team on how to keep your info safe, so they know not to share it or use it the wrong way.
· We check our security systems every 3 months to find and fix problems.
6.3 A Note for You
No security system is perfect. To help keep your account safe:
· Use a strong, unique password (don’t use the same one for other apps);
· Don’t share your login info with anyone.
If you see something weird (like someone logging into your account without permission), email us right away (Section 8) to stop it fast.
We don’t keep your info forever—only as long as we need it:
7.1 Account Info
We keep your name, email, and other account details until you delete your Papi account. After you delete it, we’ll erase the info within 30 days—unless we have to keep it by law.
7.2 Usage & Tech Logs
We keep info about how you use Papi (like session length) and tech logs (like crash reports) for 12 months after we collect it. If we need it to fix a dispute, we’ll keep it until the problem is solved.
7.3 Legal or Compliance Needs
If laws or rules say we have to keep info (like tax records), we’ll keep it for as long as those laws require.
Papi is made for people 17 and older. We don’t try to collect info from anyone under 17. If we find out we accidentally got info from a kid under 17, we’ll stop using it and delete it within 7 business days.
If you’re a parent or guardian and think your kid (under 17) shared info with us, email us (Section 8)—we’ll help you delete it.

If you keep using Papi after the new Policy starts, that means you agree to the changes. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the App and delete your account.
